How to get paid for the Juice you earn through Citrus.

When viewers spend Juice on your stream, you earn money. Here's how to get paid.
Payout Basics

Payout Threshold
You must accumulate at least $50.00 (5,000 Juice) before requesting a payout.
If you don't meet the threshold:
- Juice continues to accumulate
- No deadline to reach threshold
- Balance carries over
Payout Schedule
Citrus uses a Net 15 schedule:

- Juice earned Jan 1-15 → Payout Jan 30
- Juice earned Jan 16-31 → Payout Feb 15

Setting Up Payouts
Step 1: Reach Threshold
Earn at least 5,000 Juice ($50.00) from viewer interactions.
Step 2: Configure Payment
- Go to Monetization → Payouts in your dashboard
- Select your payment method
- Enter payment details:
- PayPal: Your PayPal email
- ACH: Bank account information
Step 3: Verify Identity
For tax and legal purposes:
- Complete any required verification
- Submit tax information (W-9 for US)
- Wait for approval
Step 4: Request Payout
Once threshold is met and payment is configured:
- Go to Monetization → Payouts
- Click Request Payout
- Confirm the amount
- Wait for the next payout date

Your total accumulated Juice from viewer interactions.
Pending Payout
Juice that's been converted but waiting for the payout date.
Available Balance
Juice eligible for payout request (after threshold).
Fees
Citrus Fees
Citrus does not take a percentage of your Juice earnings. You receive 100% of the Juice value.
Payment Processing Fees
Standard payment processing fees may apply:
- PayPal: Standard PayPal receiving fees
- ACH: Typically no additional fees
These are standard industry fees, not Citrus charges.
