🆕 Creating Your Account
Getting started with Citrus takes just a few minutes. Follow this guide to create your account and begin your streaming journey.
Step 1: Visit Citrus
Navigate to app.citrus.fyi in your web browser.
TIP
Citrus works best on modern browsers like Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.
Step 2: Sign Up
Click the Sign Up or Get Started button on the homepage. You'll be presented with authentication options.
Authentication Methods
Citrus supports the following sign-up methods:

Step 3: Choose Your Username
After authenticating, you'll need to choose a unique username. This will be:
- Your identifier on the platform
- Part of your public profile URL
- Displayed to viewers on your widgets
Important
You can only change your username once, so choose carefully!
Username Requirements
- Must be unique across the platform
- No special characters except underscores
- Between 3-20 characters
Step 4: Complete Your Profile
Once your account is created, you'll be taken to your dashboard. Before going live, complete these essential steps:
- Connect a streaming platform (Twitch, Kick, or YouTube)
- Enable the chat bot on your channel
- Configure your first widget
Account Settings
You can access your account settings at any time from the dashboard sidebar under Main → Account Settings.
Available Settings
- Profile Information — Update your username and email
- Connected Platforms — Manage your Twitch, Kick, and YouTube connections
- Payment Settings — Configure payout methods for Juice earnings
- Security — Manage your login and authentication

Troubleshooting
Can't sign in with Google?
Make sure pop-ups are enabled in your browser, as the Google authentication window opens in a popup.
Email not received?
Check your spam folder. If you still don't see it, try requesting a new verification email or contact support.
Username already taken?
Try adding numbers or underscores to create a unique variation, or choose a completely different username.
