Multi-Platform Setup
One of Citrus's most powerful features is multi-platform support. You can connect multiple platforms and:
- Receive Juice from viewers on ANY connected platform
- Use the same overlay URLs across all platforms
- Unify your monetization into a single payout
Example
If you're connected to both Twitch and Kick:
- A viewer on Twitch types
!tts hello→ TTS plays on your overlay - A viewer on Kick types
!tts hello→ Same TTS overlay plays
Both interactions use Juice, and all earnings go to your single Citrus account.
Disconnecting Platforms
To disconnect a platform:
- Go to Account Settings
- Find the platform you want to disconnect
- Click Disconnect or Remove
WARNING
Disconnecting a platform will stop all widgets from responding to that platform's chat.
Troubleshooting

| Issue | Solution |
|---|---|
| Bot isn't in chat | Go to Chat Bot → Settings and click "Reconnect" |
